HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Because we are in different wards throughout Prescott, the only way this will work is to place your order through email or by phone.

Email your order to midweekactivities@gmail.com by Saturday - August 9th or
call your order into Michele at 928-899-3994 by Sunday - August 10th
Make sure you designate if you will be coming to can during the morning or evening session.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
After all orders are turned in, the price for gas will be divided by number of items. The bigger the order, the less gas we each pay. The following week you will receive an email with your total due. It is important that you indicate whether you will be needing cans, or buckets. If you have your own cans, please let me know so you won't be charged for them.

*If I do not receive your check by August 21st when I go to pick up the order at the cannery, your items will NOT be purchased! If you pay for your order, but do not come and can it on the appointed day, your items will be sold to someone else! The Stake President is encouraging personal accountability - this is the place to start. Remember this is a privilege - let's not abuse it!
